DR. ARIELLE JOHNSON

Dr. Arielle Johnson is a scientist, educator, and author. She’s served as an in-house scientist at the Michelin-starred restaurant Noma in Copenhagen and authored ‘Flavorama: A Guide to Unlocking the Art and Science of Flavor’. Most recently, she co-founded Retronasal Industries, a one-of-a-kind flavor agency to help restaurants, bars, and food companies develop new and delicious things.
